Account Funding Overview

The Account Funding view of the Admin Portal gives your team visibility into real-time funding transfer activity. From here you can look up transfers, review their status and details, manage the account holders who initiate them, and audit portal activity. This guide walks through each area of the experience.

Note: This is a distinct Admin Portal view for customers using our Account Funding option. It is separate from the remittance product experience — the layout and available data are tailored to funding transfer activity rather than cross-border remittances.

Navigation

The left-hand menu organizes the portal into four areas:

  • Transfers — search and review individual funding transfers
  • Account Holders — look up the customers who initiate transfers
  • Users (Admin) — manage who has access to the portal
  • Activity Log (Admin) — audit portal actions taken by your team

Transfers

The Transfers page is the primary view for monitoring funding activity. It lists transfers with their key attributes and lets you filter down to exactly what you're looking for.

Searching and filtering

  • Use the search bar to filter by Transfer ID, Confirmation #, Account Holder, or Account Holder Email.
  • Use the Status filter (e.g. On Hold, Pending, Complete) to narrow the list to transfers in a particular state.
  • More Filters offers additional refinement, and Clear all removes every applied filter at once.
  • Active filters appear as removable chips (for example, an On Hold chip) below the search bar.

The transfer list

Each row shows:

ColumnDescription
Transfer IDThe unique system identifier for the transfer
Confirmation #The customer-facing confirmation number
Account HolderThe name of the customer who initiated the transfer
StatusThe current state of the transfer
Created (Eastern)When the transfer was created
Updated (Eastern)When the transfer was last updated
AmountThe transfer amount and currency

You can set Rows per page and Export as CSV to download the current view for reporting or offline analysis.

Understanding statuses

Hovering over a status reveals a short explanation of what it means. For example:

  • Pending — the transfer has been created but not yet sent to the payout network.
  • On Hold — the transfer is currently under review and has not yet been cleared for release.
  • Complete — the transfer has been fully processed.

Transfer Details

Selecting a transfer opens its Transfer Details page, which brings together everything about a single funding event.

Header — displays the account holder name, the confirmation number, the current status badge, the created date/time, and the full Transfer ID.

Transfer Information — shows the funding specifics:

  • Amount and currency
  • From — the payment method used (e.g. a Visa card ending in the last four digits)
  • Account debit date — when the funding account is expected to be debited
  • Account credit date — when the funds are expected to post (shows -- until scheduled)
  • A Download Receipt button to save a copy of the transfer receipt

Account Holder Information — the customer's name, email address, and phone number for the initiating account holder.

Change History — a chronological record of actions taken on the transfer, listing the date (Eastern), the action performed, who performed it, and any accompanying message.

Actions — the button in the top right opens the available operations for the transfer.

Account Holders

The Account Holders page lists the customers who initiate funding transfers.

  • Filter by Account Holder ID, Name, Email, or Phone Number, and narrow by Status.
  • Each row shows the Account Holder ID, Name, Email, Phone Number, and Status (e.g. Active).
  • Set Rows per page to control how many records display at once.

Account Holder Details

Selecting an account holder opens their Account Holder Details page.

Personal Information — the address (line 1 and 2, city, state, zip, country), phone number, email address, and date of birth on file, along with the account holder status.

Transfer History — every transfer associated with that account holder, shown with the same columns as the main Transfers list (Transfer ID, Confirmation #, Status, Created, Updated, Amount, Account debit date, and Account credit date). This makes it easy to see a single customer's complete funding activity in one place.

Activity Log

The Activity Log (Admin) provides an audit trail of actions taken within the portal.

Each entry records:

  • Date (Eastern) — when the action occurred
  • User — the name and email of the person who performed it
  • Type — the category of action (e.g. Transfer Management)
  • Event — the specific action taken (e.g. Viewed transfer), often linked to the relevant record

Like the other lists, the Activity Log supports Rows per page controls and Export as CSV for reporting and compliance review.
