Sender Creation Failure Reasons

The Creation Failed tab on the Senders page lists senders that could not be created. This page explains the error codes you can see there and what each one means.

What the tab shows

The list shows each failed sender's name, email, phone number, error code, and the time of the failure (Eastern).

Select a row to open the failure details:

DetailDescription
Failed (Eastern)When the creation attempt failed
HTTP statusThe HTTP status returned for the failure
Trace IDThe identifier for the failed request
Error codeThe code that identifies the failure. See the tables below
FieldThe field the error relates to, when there is one
Error messageA description of the problem
Raw error detailThe full error response

The raw error detail is a list, with a code, a fieldId, and a message for each error. A failed attempt can include more than one error.
