Transfers Overview
Transfers Listing
The Transfers page displays all transfers processed through ReadyRemit, sorted by most recently created. From this page you can:
- Search by Confirmation #, Sender name, Recipient name, or Proxy number
- Filter by transfer status (supports multiple statuses simultaneously)
- Filter by the various date range options:
- Export the current filtered view to CSV (if enabled for your organization)
Tip: Hovering over a status badge in the table displays a brief description of that status inline. Hovering over any underlined piece of information allows you to copy it to your clipboard quickly.
Transfer Statuses
Each transfer is associated with one of five statuses, updated in real time.

| Pending | Transfer submitted and in process. | Bank Account & Cash Pickup |
| On Hold | Transfer is under review and has not yet been cleared for release. | All payment types |
| Complete | Transfer accepted and processed. | All payment types |
| Failed | Transfer cannot be processed — failed data validation or compliance checks. | Deposit via debit card only |
| Canceled | Cancellation request completed for an eligible transfer. | Bank Account & Cash Pickup |
Deactivate / Reactivate Senders and Recipients
Admins can now deactivate / reactivate a sender or recipient directly from the transfer listing page to quickly stop suspected fraudulent activity. Deactivation and reactivation is available to users with an admin role, shows a clear "Inactive" indicator on the relevant screens, and is recorded in the activity log.
Transfer Details
Click any row in the Transfers listing to open the full Transfer Detail view.
The Transfer Detail page includes:
- Transfer status, confirmation number, proxy number if used, and creation date/time
- Sender information (name, email, phone number)
- Recipient information (name, country, phone number)
- Delivery information (transfer method, bank name, estimated delivery)
- Payment information (send amount, exchange rate, fees, total paid)
- For completed transfers, the ability to download the transfer receipt
- The ability to deactivate or reactivate senders and recipients (for admin users)
Confirmation # vs. Transfer ID vs. Card Proxy Number:
- Confirmation Number — the identifier visible to your end customers on receipts and confirmation screens.
- Transfer ID — ReadyRemit's internal backend identifier, not shown to end users.
- Card Proxy Number — reflects your organization's identifier from your online banking platform, if available.
