Admin Portal v4.7
-
Released on July 30, 2026
-
Deactivate senders and recipients: Admins can now deactivate a sender or recipient directly from the portal to quickly stop suspected fraudulent activity. Deactivation is available to Admin, Super-Admin, and Finance roles, shows a clear "Inactive" indicator on the relevant screens, and is recorded in the activity log.
-
Real-time account funding transfers view: Added a dedicated view for real-time account funding transfers, with its own listing and detail pages (where senders are labeled "Account Holders") and the ability to cancel eligible transfers.
-
Sender KYC visibility: Added identity-verification (KYC) visibility as a "Verified" status column on the sender listing and in the sender CSV export, with plain-language tooltips explaining each status, so you can quickly understand why a sender may be unable to send. Available per client on request.
-
Filter transfers by debit date: Added the ability to filter and sort transfers by debit date, with a new Debit Date column on the transfer listing and detail pages. CSV exports respect the selected date range, which helps with analysis and reconciliation.
-
Zendesk Integration Enhancements:
- Support ticket types and response-time target: Added a ticket Type to support tickets — Cancellation, Suspected Fraud, Transaction Inquiry, Dispute, PayMitto RFI, and Client RFI — with a sortable Type column and filters, plus a clearly stated response-time target (6 business days) on the ticket creation, listing, and detail views.
- Case reference on support tickets: Added an optional field to record your own case reference (such as a Dynamics case ID) when creating a support ticket. The reference appears on the ticket detail view and can also be shown as an optional column in the ticket list.
- New-activity indicator on tickets: Added an indicator on the support ticket list that highlights tickets with new activity — a new comment or status change — since you last viewed them.
- Plain-language ticket statuses: Support ticket statuses now display in plain language (Submitted, In Review, Awaiting Your Response, On Hold, Resolved, Closed) instead of internal system terms.
