Zendesk Integration — Users can now create, view, comment on, and manage Zendesk tickets from within the portal.
Sender Status Visibility — The Sender Listing page now shows Active / Inactive / Incomplete status, with filtering support.
Inactive Recipient Indicator — A new icon flags transfers with an inactive recipient at a glance.
On Hold Transfers — On-hold transfers now show an icon with a dynamic tooltip indicating whether the hold is from the customer, Brightwell, or both. Filter by "On Hold" status to view them.
Filter by Account Credit Date — New filter option added to the transfer listing table.
Sender Listing Export — Export a CSV of all senders, including email addresses for marketing support.
Sender Email in Transfer Export — Sender email is now included in filtered transfer listing exports for easier data analysis.
